A member of the law firm of Chamlin, Rosen, Uliano & Witherington for nearly eighteen years, Ms. Witherington is the first woman to become a named partner. Ms. Witherington specializes in the area of Family Law. She focuses on the complexities involved in divorce, custody, support and domestic violence issues, and is known for her zealousness in obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients.
Currently, Ms. Witherington is a member of the Judicial Nominating Committee of the Monmouth Bar Association. She also serves as a panelist for the Monmouth County Early Settlement Program. Ms. Witherington was selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers 2006 through 2008 by Super Lawyers®. Additionally, Ms. Witherington frequently lectures on matrimonial law issues for the Monmouth County Adult Education Commission, offering advice and counseling to individuals contemplating divorce.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Witherington served a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Paul F. Chaiet, J.S.C. Ms. Witherington, licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, graduated from the Rutgers School of Law and received her Bachelor’s degree from Moravian College.
