An associate in the law firm of Chamlin, Rosen, Uliano & Witherington since 1998, Ms. Mackolin focuses on several areas of law, including Criminal Law and Municipal Law. Her professional experience has earned her a place on both the Criminal Practice Committee and the Speedy Trial Committee, of the Monmouth Bar Association. In addition, she is now the Co-Chair of the Municipal Court Practice Committee of the Monmouth Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mackolin was a law clerk in the private practice of The Honorable Herbert Stern, retired judge of the District of New Jersey.

Additionally, Ms. Mackolin served an internship at the Middlesex County Office of the Public Defender.

Ms. Mackolin, licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, graduated from Douglas College, Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
