An associate with the law firm of Chamlin, Rosen, Uliano & Witherington since 2005, Ms. Sutton has practiced law in New Jersey for over twenty-five years. She supervises the firm’s real estate department and handles all types of residential and commercial real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leasing, refinancing and Sec. 1031 exchanges. Ms. Sutton also specializes in estate planning (wills and trusts) and estate administration (probate), and all phases of corporate law including forming corporations and limited liability companies, dissolutions, and purchases and sales of businesses and franchises.

She was in-house counsel with the commercial loan department of First National State Bank-Edison (now Wachovia Bank), and most recently was in private practice in Tinton Falls. As a former Director of Endowments for the Jewish Federation of Greater Monmouth County, Ms. Sutton is also experienced in the field of charitable planned giving.

Ms. Sutton has written on legal topics for several local publications and gives seminars on estate planning. She was recently part of a panel presented by Ocean Township Hadassah on organ donation, speaking on the topic of Living Wills and Health Care Proxies, and is a regular speaker at the annual Pre-Retirement Seminar organized by Local 1262 for its retiring food service union members. Ms. Sutton also participates in the New Jersey State Bar Association Mock Trail Competition as an attorney/coach for a local high school team.

She is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association. Ms. Sutton earned her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Brooklyn College in 1976 and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 1980.
