Joseph E. Kelley, III, Esq. is Of Counsel with our law firm. He graduated from Gettysburg College in 1965 and received a Juris Doctor cum laude from The George Washington University in 1968. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar that same year. Mr. Kelley served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, JAGC from 1969 through 1973.

He was a partner in our law firm from 1974 through 1980. He then went on to be a partner in the law firm of Ingram & Kelley from 1980 through 2001 and became a sole practitioner in 2001.

Mr. Kelley handles both Petitioner and Respondent workers compensation matters. He represents the Monmouth County Joint Insurance Fund and the County of Monmouth in defense of workers compensation matters.

Mr. Kelley is married and has two grown children.
